Terms of Service
1. THINGS I WILL NOT DRAW: I do not do NSFW art. I am also not taking commissions of human characters at this time. I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.2. COMMUNICATION: Via Discord, Telegram, or social media DM (Bluesky, X/Twitter, Instagram/Threads). Note Discord/Telegram are preferred and can guarantee more a timely response.3. PRICING: Prices for each commission tier are listed on my website (floofwyvern.carrd.co). Complexity of the character (design, clothing, armor, etc.) can increase price. The final price will be established after discussing the quote in an initial consultation with the client.4. TIMELINE: Work will begin after the initial consultation with client and payment. Please allow two weeks for the work to be completed, though it may also be completed as soon as within 2-3 days. This varies depending on my schedule and the complexity of commission(s) received.5. PAYMENT: 100% upfront via Paypal or Ko-Fi.6. REFUNDS: No refunds after the work has started.7. PROCESS: Client will reach out to me requesting a commission, and we will discuss the specifics of the piece (character reference, pose, etc) and price. Once agreed upon, client will pay for the commission. I will begin the work and send a work-in-progress sketch of the piece before I begin rendering. I will then send a final update of the piece to the client, as well as a Google Drive link with the full quality piece as well as other optional goodies (transparent background, Discord sticker version, speedpaint, etc.). I can also upload the piece as a physical sticker on ACGGoods for the client to order.8. REVISIONS: Up to two minor revisions after the piece is completed. For example, "change the eye shape" is OK. "Change the entire pose" is NOT OK.9. COPYRIGHT: Ownership of the copyright of the artwork as well as the right to use the artwork for promotional and commercial purposes remains with the artist.
